Stir-fried Carob
1.
Crock beans are cleaned and broken into small pieces by hand for easy consumption.
2.
3 garlic cloves, chili cut into small pieces with scissors, and put on a plate for later use.
3.
Heat oil in the pot, pour the crock beans into the pot and stir fry slowly until they are wrinkled, soft and golden brown.
4.
Dried roasted beans, put them in a bowl. Reheat the oil in the pot, crush the garlic and pepper pieces together and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Pour the beans into the pot, add the right amount of salt, half a teaspoon of oyster sauce, and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for a while, let the beans and the seasoning fuse.
Tips:
No salt is added during the stir-frying process of the beans, and the dried beans will not become soft when exposed to salt, and have a very hard taste. The stir-fried beans are already cooked, and they can be served on a pan if they need to be stir-fried with the seasonings to taste.
