Stir-fried Carob

Prepare the ingredients

Fry the peppercorns in a dry pan until fragrant (or use the oven)

Grind

Sauteed almond slices
5.
Sprinkle in the ground peppercorns and sauté
6.
Chop almond slices
7.
Heat fried beans in oil until 80 or 90 minutes cooked, remove.
8.
In a separate pot, add the fried beans and stir until slightly charred.
9.
Add olive paste, salt and stir fry, and finally add the mixed almonds.
Tips:
Add salt according to your own taste; the beans should be cooked
