Stir-fried Carobs with Soy Sauce

Fry the beans on a low fire. Be sure to deep-fry them thoroughly.

Beans are fried and cooked for later use.

Pour oil in the wok, add green onions and garlic, add soybean paste, add a little water, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the beans, light soy sauce, and simmer with a little water.
5.
Stir-fry until the moisture is dry, then turn off the heat.

It's so delicious and ready for dinner!
Tips:
Beans must be deep-fried until cooked, otherwise there will be residual toxins.
