Stir-fried Carrots

4 carrots sliced and set aside

Heat corn oil in a pot

Pour the carrots and stir fry for about 2 minutes

Carrots don’t absorb much oil. Add some hot water to make the carrots ripe.

Add some salt and sprinkle chopped green onion before cooking
Tips:
1. Carrots do not absorb much oil, so reduce the amount of oil accordingly
2. Don't stir-fry for too long, otherwise it will lose nutrients, so add some hot water to make it cooked quickly and softly
3. Those who do not like spicy do not need to add red chili froth
