Stir-fried Carrots with Celery

Wash the carrots and cut them into shredded carrots for later use.

Remove the leaves of celery and cut them into thin slices with an oblique knife. Cut green onions into sections for later use.

Pour the oil in the wok and heat up, add the green onions and stir up the aroma.

Add shredded carrots and celery slices and stir fry until cooked.

Add appropriate amount of salt and a little fresh vegetables, stir fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
When the vegetables are stir-fried, you can add a little water and stir-fry, not only can reduce the amount of oil, but also not easy to paste the pot and has a good color.
