A very simple material, seasoned with red miso, the taste is very good

Stir-fried Carrots with Red Miso

1. Prepare carrots and hot peppers, wash and shred

2. One tablespoon of red miso, add a little light soy sauce, sugar, and water to make a sauce

3. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the wok, add the garlic slices and fry it for a fragrance

4. Add carrot shreds and stir fry

5. When the carrots are soft, pour in the seasoned sauce and stir-fry evenly

6. After a little stir-fry, add shredded pepper

7. After stir-frying again, you can start the pan

Tips:

Simple vegetable dishes, appropriate supplement of carotene; no red miso can be replaced with soybean paste; carrots need to be fried in oil for a while.
