Stir-fried Cauliflower
1.
Tear small flowers of organic cauliflower, add a little salt to the clear medium, and soak for ten minutes.
2.
Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, and bring the cauliflower to boiling water, then remove the water.
3.
Cut green and red peppers into small cubes.
4.
Cut the stewed beef into small cubes. (Personally, I don’t like pork belly very much. I replace it with braised beef, which is salty and not greasy)
5.
Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry the green onion, ginger, garlic, dried red pepper, and peppercorns until fragrant.
6.
Add beef cubes and stir fry.
7.
Stir in an appropriate amount of oyster sauce.
8.
Add enough cauliflower to stir fry for about a minute.
9.
Stir-fry the chicken essence evenly with appropriate amount of salt.
10.
Sprinkle the green and red peppers.
11.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.

Tips:
The water should not last long, and the crispy taste of the cauliflower should be maintained. Try to use organic cauliflower to taste good.
