Stir-fried Cauliflower with Fresh Cordyceps

All ingredients, pine nuts are baked in advance

Hot pot, saute ginger and garlic
3.
Add cauliflower with salt, sugar, chicken powder, oyster sauce
4.
Stir-fry the cauliflower until tender
5.
Stir fry the cordyceps flower
6.
Stir fry with soy sauce
7.
Add coriander and turn off the heat
8.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle pine nuts, ready to eat
