Stir-fried Cauliflower with Goose Gizzards

Ingredients: cooked goose gizzards (sliced), cauliflower (washed)

Boil the washed cauliflower in a pot of clean water until cooked and remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched cauliflower and the cooked goose gizzards and stir fry.
4.
Then, add the right amount of light soy sauce.
5.
Add the right amount of salt.
6.
Stir-fry well and serve.
