Stir-fried Goose Gizzards with Shredded Mustard and Asparagus

Ingredients: shredded mustard tuber, asparagus (cleaned and folded), cooked goose gizzard (sliced)

Boil the asparagus in a pot of clean water and remove.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the mustard and blanched asparagus and stir fry.

Next, add in the cooked goose gizzards and stir fry.
5.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
6.
Add the right amount of MSG.
7.
Saute and stir well, serve.
