Stir-fried Cauliflower with Green Peppers

Divide the cauliflower into small pieces and wash.

Wash the green peppers and green onions and cut them.
3.
Add oil to the wok and heat until 30% hot, add the chopped green onion and fry until fragrant, pour in the cauliflower soy sauce and stir fry.

Then add green pepper and fry until broken, add MSG and serve.
Tips:
Cauliflower can also be put in a boiling water pot and watered to make the vegetables bright in color, crispy and tender.
