Stir-fried Cauliflower with Mushrooms and Carrots

4 shiitake mushrooms, 1 carrot, half broccoli, and half cauliflower.

Break (cut) the broccoli cauliflower into small pieces, soak in some white vinegar with water for a while. Eliminate bugs, eggs, pesticides, etc.
