Stir-fried Cauliflower with Tomato

The cauliflower is broken into small flowers, soaked in salt water for a while, and then rinsed with water.

Boil the cauliflower in the boiling water and remove it in about a minute to keep it crispy and tender. Too cold and set aside.

Cut the tomato into small pieces.

Mince ginger and garlic.

When the oil in the pot is hot, add the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and stir fry until puree.

Add the cauliflower and stir fry.
8.
Season with salt, chicken essence, pepper, light soy sauce, sugar, and stir-fry evenly.
9.
Plate.
Tips:
Organic cauliflower is very ripe, and it can be blanched in one minute to maintain the taste. The tomatoes are better when they are fried into a puree.
