Stir-fried Cauliflower with Tomato
1.
The cauliflower is broken into small flowers, soaked in light salt water for 10 minutes, and then washed repeatedly.
2.
Remove the cauliflower, boil water in the pot, add a little salt, drip a few drops of oil, and boil the cauliflower in the pot.
3.
Place the blanched cauliflower in cold water, drain the water and set aside.
4.
Wash and dice the tomatoes. My tomatoes are green ingredients grown in my own home. They are frozen in the freezer in autumn and can be eaten for a winter.
5.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute allspice and chopped green onion, add diced tomatoes and stir fry until the tomatoes melt into the soup.
6.
Add cauliflower and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add salt, sugar, and a little light soy sauce to taste.
8.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
1. Soaking cauliflower in light salt water can kill insects and remove residual pesticides.
2. Add a little salt and a few drops of oil when blanching the water to maintain the vividness of the cauliflower.
