Stir-fried Celery with Chicken Breast

Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, beat in water by hand in three times, then add salt, chicken essence, pepper, sugar, benz powder, baking soda, egg white, oil and marinate for a period of time.

Wash the celery and cut into sections.

Heat the pan, add oil, and sauté the shallots until fragrant.

Fry the chicken breasts until they are mature.
5.
Stir-fry celery, season, sprinkle with pepper, drizzle with sesame oil and stir well.

Take out the pan and serve.
