Stir-fried Celery with Ham and Beef Tendon Balls

Ingredients: celery (washed and cut into sections), beef tendon balls, ham sausage (packed off)

Unpack the beef tendon pill, put it on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Put the peeled ham sausage on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat, add the cut beef tendon balls and ham sausage, and add some light soy sauce.

Stir fry.
