Stir-fried Celery with Lamb Tail Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: Celery (the root has been removed, cleaned and cut into sections), lamb tail bamboo shoots (soaked to remove a part of the salt)

Tear the lamb tail bamboo shoots into shreds, place them on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut celery and stir fry.

Next, stir in the cut lamb tail bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Stir-fry well and serve.
