Stir-fried Celery with Shredded Radish

Prepare the ingredients you need in advance.

Wash the celery clean and cut into sections, wash the garlic sprouts clean and cut into sections, peel the garlic for later use.

Wash the red peppers, remove the stems, and cut the carrots. Peel the carrots and cut into sections for later use.
