Stir-fried Celery with Shrimp Balls

Ingredients: shrimp balls, celery (cleaned and cut).

Unpack the shrimp balls, put them on the chopping board and cut them up, set aside.

Put the chopped celery in a pot of water, blanch for 1 minute, and remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched celery and the sliced shrimp-flavored balls, stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Stir-fry well and serve.
