Stir-fried Chayote

Prepare materials. Cut red pepper into circles, shred green onion and ginger.

Wash the chayote, cut off both ends, and slice first
3.
Cut the chayote into shreds and set aside.
4.
Heat a frying pan, sauté the scallions, ginger, and red pepper rings.
5.
Add shredded chayote and stir fry a few times
6.
Drip in Megumi and season to taste.
7.
Stir fry evenly and turn off the heat.
