Stir-fried Chayote

Wash the chayote and cut into shreds. Last time I cut it too finely and it was not crispy enough, so I cut it thicker this time

Put a little oil in the pot, add the minced garlic and sauté fragrant, introduce the chayote and stir fry

Chayote is very crispy, so it doesn't take too long to stir fry. It's a vegetarian dish, but it's a little bit delicious

Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, adjust a little salt, and stir-fry out of the pot. You can also add some chopped green onions to make it more fragrant. I added some goji berries to look better
