Stir-fried Chayote Slices

Carrots, sliced.

Wash the chayote and remove the seeds, then slice it.
3.
Stir-fry carrots with less oil.
4.
Add chayote slices, stir fry, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, and season with light soy sauce.
5.
When out of the pot, it is crispy, refreshing and sweet, salty and delicious.
