Stir-fried Chayote with Lean Pork

Peel the chayote and cut into thin slices. Peel and slice the carrot.

Prepare pork slices for marinating.
3.
Fly the chayote and carrot to cool.
4.
Wash the pot and heat, add oil, and saute the shallots.

Stir-fry the pork until it is ripe.
6.
Add the chayote and continue to stir fry.
7.
Adjust the flavor and stir well, sprinkle with pepper, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.

Plate.
