Stir-fried Chayote with Pork Belly

Wash and slice chayote.

Wash and slice pork belly.
3.
Put a little bit of cooking oil in the pot, add pork belly to low heat and stir up the fat.
4.
Add the chayote and stir fry for two minutes.
5.
Season with salt.
6.
Add chicken essence and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.
7.
Finished product.
