Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Capers

A small half bowl of homemade capers.

The chicken gizzard is marinated with salt and cooking wine.

Shred the ginger and finely chop the dried red pepper.

Heat up a frying pan, add shredded ginger and dried red pepper to a low heat and stir until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken gizzards and fry until rolled into a flower shape.
6.
Pour the capers and stir fry.
7.
Add light soy sauce, salt, and pepper powder to taste, and sprinkle a little chopped green onion before serving.
