Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Spicy Capers

After the chicken gizzards are washed, cut into small pieces and marinate with salt and white wine.

Dice green and red peppers, chop ginger and garlic, and cut capers into small pieces.

Boil the water in the pan, add the chicken gizzards and stir until the color changes, then shovel it up. Wash the pan again, boil the water and hot oil, and stir fry the watery chicken gizzards.

Pour in garlic and ginger, stir fragrant, and lightly color with light soy sauce.

Pour in the chili and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Pour in capers and season with oyster sauce.
