Stir-fried Chicken Liver

Wash the chicken liver, cut into slices, mix well with cooking wine, salt and starch, add a little oil, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Wash the onion and slice, wash the green and red pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces for later use.

Take a small bowl, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper powder, mix thoroughly, and mix into a sauce.

Add more oil to the pot. When it is 60% hot, add the chicken liver and fry until the color changes. Turn off the heat and remove the oil.
