Stir-fried Chicken Liver with Bell Peppers

Wash the chicken livers, cook under cold water, put cooking wine, salt, green onion ginger, coriander root, light soy sauce.

Bring to a boil and cook, cool thoroughly and set aside

Wash the colored peppers and coriander and change the knife, shred the green onion and ginger, and cut the chicken liver into thick slices
