Stir-fried Chicken Liver with Spinach

Prepare the ingredients

Soak the chicken liver and heart in clean water for 30 minutes and rinse off.

Remove the tendons and cut into small pieces.

Wash spinach and cut into sections,

Boil it in boiling water and remove it.

Heat oil in the pot, add ginger slices and sauté fragrant, then add chicken liver and chicken hearts

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, stir-fry, add 2 teaspoons of water, cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add spinach and stir-fry well,

Tips:
