The commonly eaten fried chicken with soy sauce is slightly modified. Tomato sauce is added to the sweet noodle sauce. The oily chicken is replaced by direct frying, which reduces the intake of fat and makes the chicken more refreshing. The color of the finished dish is ruddy, salty with slightly sour and sweet, and the taste is tender and smooth.

Stir-fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts

1. Wash the drumsticks, remove the bones and skins

2. Cut into small pieces

3. Add white pepper, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine and stir well until the seasoning is absorbed

4. Add starch and a few drops of cooking oil and marinate for 10 minutes

5. Cut green and red peppers into small pieces

6. Chopped green onion and garlic

7. Mix the sweet noodle sauce and tomato sauce, add starch, sugar and water to make a bowl of juice

8. Cashew nuts are rinsed with water to control water

9. Pour the cold oil in a cold pot over low heat and pour the cashew nuts

10. Fry until the surface is slightly yellow and remove the oil control for use

11. Stir fry the onion and garlic in the original pot to create a fragrance

12. Add the diced chicken (don’t move, turn the diced chicken after 10 seconds)

13. Fry the chicken until it changes color

14. Add a bowl of juice and stir well until the soup is slightly thick

15. Add green, red peppers and cashews and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot

Tips:

1. Do not move the diced chicken before loading, and then turn the diced chicken after 10 seconds to avoid batter.
2. The taste of the dish can be adjusted according to your own taste
