Stir-fried Chicken with Chopped Pepper

Prepare the ingredients: chicken breast, bell pepper, green onion ginger, egg, starch, light soy sauce, chopped pepper, nine-three corn germ oil.

Dice chicken breast, mince green onion and ginger, and dice colored pepper.

Diced chicken with starch, egg white, light soy sauce and evenly smashed.

1 The chicken must be grasped more with your hands.
2Because the chopped pepper is saltier, there is no need to add salt.
