Stir-fried Chicken with Chopped Pepper

1. Prepare the ingredients: chicken breast, bell pepper, green onion ginger, egg, starch, light soy sauce, chopped pepper, nine-three corn germ oil.

2. Dice chicken breast, mince green onion and ginger, and dice colored pepper.

3. Diced chicken with starch, egg white, light soy sauce and evenly smashed.

4. Heat up the wok and add the nine-three corn germ oil. After the oil is hot, add the chicken diced and stir fry.

5. Stir-fry the chicken until it turns pale and just serve it for later use.

6. Add a little corn germ oil to the original pot, add green onion and ginger and sauté

7. Then add two tablespoons of chopped pepper and stir fry

8. Stir out the red oil and add the diced chicken and stir fry a few times

9. Then add diced peppers and stir-fry evenly

10. Add some light soy sauce

11. Stir evenly to turn off the heat and get out of the pot.

Tips:

1 The chicken must be grasped more with your hands.
2Because the chopped pepper is saltier, there is no need to add salt.
