Stir-fried Chicken with Green Pepper and Edamame

1. Wash the chicken and cut into pieces.

2. After the water is boiled, add the cooking wine and blanch it.

3. Prepare green peppers, edamame and ginger slices.

4. Put oil in the pot and stir fry the ginger slices and edamame.

5. Stir-fry until the edamame is broken, add green pepper and stir fry.

6. Chickens after being blanched.

7. Stir fry evenly.

8. Add cooking wine, salt and water.

9. Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly over high heat.

10. The finished product is loaded onto the plate.

Tips:

The broilers are blanched to remove blood and scum.
