Stir-fried Chicken with Mushroom

Wash and tear the mushrooms.

Wash the feathers.
3.
Bring a proper amount of water to a boil in the pot, blanch the chicken feathers and remove them.

Add the mushrooms, blanch and remove.

Heat a proper amount of oil in a pot, add ginger garlic, pepper, and millet pepper to fry until fragrant.

Add the blanched mushrooms and chicken feathers and stir fry a few times.

Season with salt and light soy sauce to taste.
