Stir-fried Chicken with Sauce

Ingredients: chicken breast, cucumber, ginger, etc. Mince ginger.

Dice the chicken.

Add half of the rice wine, a little salt and stir well, put in half of the egg white and appropriate amount of starch, stir evenly and marinate.

Dice the cucumber.

Blanch it with boiling water.

Pour a little more oil into the pan, 60% of the heat, add the marinated chicken, spread, fry until the color changes, then remove.

Pour out the excess oil, save the base oil, put the sweet noodle sauce, and sauté slowly. After frying until it turns into small lumps, add white sugar, ginger, and the remaining rice wine to fry the aroma.

Tips:
1. Add a little salt when marinating the chicken, leaving a bottom taste, not too salty.
2. Add egg white and starch to make the chicken more tender and smooth.
