Stir-fried Chicken with Sauce

Prepare the chicken breast and the amount of cucumber.

Cut the chicken breast and cucumber into one-centimeter cubes. Put salt, cooking wine, and starch on the chicken breast. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan. When 30% is hot, pour the chicken breast and fry until the color changes. Remove and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot, pour an appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce on low heat and stir well. After the sauce thickens slowly, add a small amount of water, continue stirring, add a little salt, and a little more sugar.

Pour in the diced chicken and cucumber and stir fry until the sauce is evenly coated on the diced chicken and cucumber.
