Stir-fried Chili Shredded with Fungus

Ingredients: soak the fungus first and soften, remove the chili and garlic cloves

Wash the fungus, remove the head, and shred. Wash the peppers, remove both ends, remove the heart, and shred. Garlic cloves flattened, peeled and minced

Tips:
The dried fungus is soaked in advance, if time is too late, you can soak it in boiling water, and you can cook quickly. Cut the chili as thinly as possible, and then shovel it up after turning it over.
