Stir-fried Chili with Sauerkraut

Prepare ingredients.

Dip the green chili into a 60% hot oil pan and fry it into a tiger skin shape to remove the oil control.

In a separate pot, heat a little oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and stir fry until fragrant. Add the pork belly and stir fry.
