Stir-fried Chinese Kale

Soak the kale in baking soda for 15 minutes, rinse and remove.

Heat the wok with oil, peel the head of the kale and cut it in half, and stir-fry in the wok.
3.
Add the young kale leaves and stir fry together.
4.
Fry until the color changes, and pour a little boiled water along the side of the pan.
5.
When the kale is cooked, add salt.
6.
Pour the light soy sauce, mix well and turn off the heat.
7.
Stir-fried kale.
