Stir-fried Chinese Yam

1. Ingredients: Chinese yam (washed and peeled), pickled vegetables (washed), broad bean meat (washed)

2. Put the yam on the cutting board and cut into slices, set aside.

3. Put the washed pickled vegetables on the chopping board and chop them up, set aside.

4. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut yam and the cleaned broad bean meat and stir fry.

5. Then, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil and cook until it is broken.

6. Then, combine the cut pickled vegetables and stir fry.

7. Finally, add the right amount of salt.
