Stir-fried Chives with Egg Tofu Skin

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the leek into sections, cut the tofu skin into 0.5cm-wide strips, and beat the eggs with a little salt.

3. Add the shredded tofu into the beaten egg mixture and mix well.

4. Add salad oil in a hot pan, heat to 80% heat, add tofu preserved egg liquid, spread slowly, and stir-fry slowly with chopsticks for 2 minutes.

Tips:
