Stir-fried Chives with Fragrant Dried

Soy products bought in the summer should be washed and soaked in cold water to prevent them from turning off, or put in the refrigerator.

Select leek flowers into 1 inch long sections, wash and set aside.

Cut fragrant dried into silk.

Cut the dried chili in half into sections.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, and fry the dried chilies on a low heat first.

Fry until the dried chilies are fragrant, pour the fragrant dried shreds and stir fry.

Add the soy sauce and stir well, then add 50 ml of water and boil for a while.
