Stir-fried Chives with Shrimp

Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, cornstarch and oil for 10 minutes.

Pick small pieces of leeks and wash them.
3.
Heat up the oil pan, fry the shrimp until 8 minutes cooked, set aside.
4.
Using the remaining oil in the pot, put the leek flowers in and fry them over high heat until they turn emerald green.
5.
Put the shrimp, salt and chicken powder in.
6.
Stir-fry well.
7.
Fresh and delicious.
