Stir-fried Choy Sum

1. Wash the choy sum.

2. Cut the cabbage into sections.

3. Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Add bottom oil to the pot and add green onion and ginger.

5. Put the Jiang stem into the pot and stir fry.

6. Then add the leaves and stir fry.

7. Add minced garlic.

8. Add soy sauce.

9. Finished product.
