Stir-fried Choy Sum

Ready choy sum

Remove yellow leaves and old stems, wash and drain
3.
Heat oil in the pot
4.
Pour the choy sum and stir fry over high heat
5.
Stir fry until cooked, add salt to taste, mix well and turn off the heat
6.

Tips:
Soak the choy sum with a little salt water to remove pesticides and insects
