Stir-fried Choy Sum

Blanch the choy sum in water
2.
Hot until the cabbage softens
3.
Pick up the hot cabbage and cut it
4.
Heat the pan, add the oil, and add the cabbage heart
5.
Stir fry, add salt, chicken essence, garlic
6.
You can get out of the pot after just stir-frying
Tips:
The choy sum should be blanched so that it won't be bitter to fry
