The must-order vegetables every time I go to Guangdong, the taste of lard residue and choy sum is a perfect match!

Stir-fried Choy Sum with Lard Residue

1. Pick the choy sum, wash, and break.

2. Thaw the fat.

3. Cut the fat into small pieces.

4. Boil the water in the pot, add the fat chunks and stir up the oil.

5. When there is a certain amount of oil and the pork is gradually browning, add the choy sum.

6. Add green vegetables, stir-fry on high heat, add salt, chicken essence, and oyster sauce before serving.

7. Start the pot, eat first!

Tips:

With lard, don't put too many seasonings! The simpler the better!
