Stir-fried Choy Sum with Oil Dumpling

Heat the frying pan and pour the corn oil into it, and stir-fry the garlic for a nice aroma.

Stir fry with oil

Drain the water from the choy sum, pour into the oil and stir-fry for a minute and a half
4.
Add a pinch of salt and heat to collect the juice.

Platter.
