Stir-fried Clams with Nine-layer Pagoda

Add clams with water, add 1 spoon of salt and sesame oil, mix well, and let it spit sand

Take off the leaves and wash the nine-story pagoda

Slice ginger and garlic, cut millet into sections, mince shallot

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add ginger and garlic and stir fragrant

Add the washed clams and stir-fry on high heat, add the cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, add the black bean paste and 1 tablespoon of salt and continue to stir-fry evenly

When the clams are fully open, add the nine-layer tower and stir fry
7.
Add the chopped green onion and chili before turning off the heat and stir well
Tips:
Add salt and sesame oil to make the clams quickly spit out the nine-layer pagoda. Don’t fry for too long, just put it in the end.
