Stir-fried Cloud Ears with Cured Duck Legs

Prepare the ingredients, one cured duck leg, appropriate amount of cloud ears, 4 green peppers, 1 garlic, and appropriate amount of dried red peppers.

Soak the cloud ears and wash them out. Cut green peppers, garlic, and dried red peppers into sections.

Blanch the cured duck legs and cut into pieces.

Stir-fry dried red peppers, garlic slices and cured duck legs in a hot pan under warm oil.
