1. Dried lettuce in warm water for 10 minutes, then remove and drain. Dice pork belly.
2. Add oil to the pot, pour the diced meat into the pot and stir-fry until about 7 minutes old. Pour the soaked dried lettuce and stir-fry together, and add an appropriate amount of salt.
3. When the lettuce is sautéed until its color changes, add an appropriate amount of water and stir fry.
4. Pour the dried clove fish into the pot and stir fry together. Finally, add the MSG chicken essence and stir evenly to start the pot.
Because this dish is relatively light, I didn't add too much seasoning material, but to mention the freshness of Miss Lin, I added clove fish. The dry ingredients needed for this dish can be purchased in Miss Lin’s shop
